Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt den Betrieb des Gasthofes zum Bären in Veltheim AG zu gewährleisten. Der Gasthof zum Bären wird für die Bevölkerung von Veltheim AG und Umgebung ein vielfältiges und günstiges Speise- und Getränkeangebot bereitstellen. Die Genossenschaft erwirbt hiezu die Liegenschaft Gasthof zum Bären, Veltheim AG, vermietet die Wohnräume, verpachtet den Gasthof und fördert kulturelle Angebote und gemeinsame Begegnung in und um Veltheim AG. Die Genossenschaft kann zudem weitere Liegenschaften und Baurechte erwerben, sich an anderen juristischen Personen beteiligen sowie weitere Aktivitäten entfalten, die dem Zwecke der Genossenschaft dienen.
