Company Purpose

Zweck der Genossenschaft ist die Erhaltung und der Betrieb der Liegenschaft Oberer Mönchhof in Kilchberg und deren Unterstellung unter Heimatschutz in der Absicht, den Charakter von Gebäude und Umgebung für dauernd zu wahren, unter Vorbehalt der von der Rechtsvorgängerin im Grundeigentum am 13. März 1951 vereinbarten und den Charakter der Liegenschaft nicht ändernden Neu- und Umbauten. Die Genossenschaft verfolgt keine Erwerbszwecke. Es gehört insbesondere nicht zu den Aufgaben der Genossenschaft, das mit der Liegenschaft verbundene Restaurant selber zu führen.
