Die Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig, bezweckt, ihren Mitgliedern durch Bau, Finanzierung, Erwerb im Baurecht und Kauf preisgünstigen Wohn- und Gewerberaum zu verschaffen, diesen dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen, um selbstverwaltete, sichere und gemeinschaftliche Wohnformen zu verwirklichen; unterstützt Bestrebungen zur Förderung der Lebensqualität und Erhaltung von Wohnraum in Quartieren, wo sie vertreten ist.
