Company Purpose
Projektierung und Erstellung einer Golfanlage samt Infrastruktur (Gebäulichkeiten, Einrichtungen, Maschinen, Golf Academy usw.) in Klosters-Selfranga sowie weiterer Unternehmen im Bereich des Sports im Raume Klosters. Nach Fertigstellung bezweckt sie deren Betrieb, Erhaltung, Erweiterung und Erneuerung; die Gesellschaft kann die Golfanlage oder andere Sportunternehmungen selber betreiben oder durch Dritte betreiben lassen, sie kann Miet-, Pacht-, Baurechts-, Kauf- oder Vermittlungsverträge für Grundstücke, Mobilien und andere Rechte abschliessen und sich an anderen Gesellschaften und Unternehmungen beteiligen, diese erwerben und veräussern.
