Company Purpose

Zweck der Stiftung ist weltweit die Wahrung, der Schutz, die Werterhaltung und die Ausstellung des künstlerischen Nachlasses von Helmut und June Newton. Die Stiftung soll insbesondere Ausstellungen organisieren, Kontakt zu Museen, Galerien und anderen vergleichbaren Institutionen aufnehmen und pflegen, Schulungen, Workshops und Gastvorlesungen durchführen sowie ähnliche Tätigkeiten ausüben. Insbesondere darf die Stiftung Verträge mit privaten oder staatlichen Institutionen abschliessen, um Fotographien von Helmut Newton zeitweilig oder dauerhaft auszustellen. Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke.
