Company Purpose

Betrieb eines Spitals in Basel-Stadt, das menschliche und medizinische Betreuung bietet, auch in den letzten Monaten und Wochen des Lebens. Die Stiftung kann ausserdem in Basel-Stadt Heime für körperlich Behinderte führen und andere medizinische Einrichtungen jeder Art. Sie fördert die Naturheilkunde. Sind diese Zwecke nicht mehr erreichbar, dann unterstützt die Stiftung andere Bestrebungen ähnlicher Art im Kanton Basel-Stadt, besonders die Krankenpflege in der Familie und die Betreuung körperlich Behinderter.
