Bezweckt durch den Bau und den Betrieb einer Kunsteisbahn der Bevölkerung von Wädenswil, Richterswil, Schönenberg, Wollerau und Umgebung die Ausübung sportlicher Tätigkeit auf dem Eis zu ermöglichen und damit zu ihrer körperlichen Ertüchtigung beizutragen.
