Company Purpose

Die Gesellschaft bezweckt die Ausnützung der Wasserkraft des Mühlebaches, insbesondere durch Überlassung der Wasserrechte der Weseta Kraftwerke AG, der Wasserrechte der Gemeinde und eines Bezirkes Gemeindebodens, auf welchem die Wasserfassung errichtet wird, auf die Dauer der Konzession. Die Gesellschaft kann Grundstücke erwerben und veräussern, sich bei anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen und alle Geschäfte betreiben, die mit dem Hauptzweck der Gesellschaft direkt oder indirekt in Zusammenhang stehen oder denselben zu fördern geeignet sind.
