Company Purpose
Zweck der "Mietervereinigung des Einkaufszentrums Letzipark" ist der Zusammenschluss sämtlicher Mieter des Einkaufszentrums Letzipark, um die Interessen von Detailhandel und Gewerbe im Einkaufszentrum zu pflegen, fördern und zu bewahren. Dieser Zweck soll insbesondere durch gezielte Allgemeinwerbung, Public Relations und Aktionen jeglicher Art für das Einkaufszentrum als Einheit sowie den Betrieb des Kinderparadieses, der Informationsstelle, die Verkehrsregelung u.a. im Rahmen der Hausordnung verfolgt werden. Die "Mietervereinigung des Einkaufszentrums Letzipark" kann alle Geschäfte eingehen und sämtliche Verträge schliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck des Vereins zu fördern, oder mit dem Vereinszweck irgendwie in Zusammenhang stehen.
