Die Stiftung bezweckt militärhistorisches Kulturgut des Bundes und des Kantons Graubünden sicherzustellen, Festungswerke und andere militärische Anlagen im Kantons Graubünden zu übernehmen, sicherzustellen, zu konservieren, zu unterhalten sowie für Wissenschaft und Öffentlichekeit zugängig zu machen und historisches Material der Schweizerarmee zu sammeln.
