Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt: a) Die bestmögliche Verwertung der im Genossenschaftskreis produzierten Kuhmilch. b) Die Förderung der beruflichen Kenntnisse durch Veranstaltung von Vorträgen und Kursen. c) Die genossenschaftliche Anschaffung und den Betrieb von landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen. d) Die Bewirtschaftung von Immobilien. Die Genossenschaft kann im weiteren alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck oder die Erhaltung der Genossenschaft oder deren Vermögen zu fördern oder die direkt oder indirekt damit in Zusammenhang stehen. Ferner kann sie sich an anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen oder sich mit solchen zusammenschliessen.
