Company Purpose
Erstens (unter Widmung von 150 Aktien der Geissbergweg 10 AG, Zürich) der Zentralbibliothek Zürich zu ermöglichen, die ihr vom Stifter geschenkte Bibliothek im Hause Geissbergweg 10, 8006 Zürich, als Aussenstelle zu betreiben, und zweitens (unter Widmung von 1,5 Mio Franken) seine Manuskripte, Aufzeichnungen und Tonbänder in geeigneter Weise zu bearbeiten und bis zum Jahre 2010 zu veröffentlichen.
