Company Purpose
Dans le cadre de la LPP et de ses disposition d'application, prémunir le personnel de "SWISSMETAL - UMS Schweizerische Metallwerke AG/SWISSMETAL - UMS Usines Métallurgiques Suisses SA" et des sociétés financièrement ou économiquement liées contre les conséquences économiques de la retraite, de l'invalidité et du décès, en assurant des prestations fixées par voie réglementaire. La caisse peut étendre la prévoyance au-delà des prestations minimales de la LPP et verser des allocations dans des situations de nécessité telles que maladie, accident ou chômage.
