Company Purpose

Berufliche Vorsorge im Rahmen des BVG und seiner Ausführungsbestimmungen für die Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitnehmerinnen der Stiftung zum Glockenhaus sowie für deren Hinterbliebene gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Tod und Invalidität; kann über die gesetzlichen Mindestleistungen des BVG hinaus weitergehende Vorsorge vorsehen, einschliesslich Unterstützungsleistungen in Notlagen, wie Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität oder Arbeitslosigkeit; zur Erreichung ihres Zweckes kann die Personalvorsorgeeinrichtung Versicherungsverträge abschliessen oder in bestehende Verträge eintreten, wobei sie selbst Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte sein muss; sie kann zur Finanzierung von Beiträgen auch Leistungen an andere steuerbefreite Personalvorsorgeeinrichtungen erbringen, die zugunsten der Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer der Stiftung zum Glockenhaus bestehen.
