Company Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die berufliche Vorsorge im Rahmen des BVG und seiner Ausführungsbestimmungen für die Arbeitnehmer der Firma und mit diesen wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundenen Unternehmungen sowie für deren Angehörige und Hinterlassenen gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Tod und Invalidität. Sie kann über die gesetzlichen Mindestleistungen hinaus weitergehende Vorsorge betreiben, einschliesslich Unterstützungsleistungen in Notlagen, wie bei Krankheit, Unfall oder Arbeitslosigkeit. Zur Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes oder einzelner Teile davon kann die Stiftung Versicherungsverträge zugunsten der Destinatäre oder eines Teils derselben abschliessen sowie in bestehende Verträge eintreten, wobei sie selbst Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte sein muss.
