Company Purpose

Die "Pharmarena Genossenschaft" ist ein Zusammenschluss von Anbietern im pharmazeutischen und Gesundheitsbereich. Genossenschaftszweck ist die umfassende Förderung und Wahrung der wirtschaftlichen Interessen ihrer Mitglieder. Möglich ist eine Betätigung auf allen Gebieten, welche geeignet sind, diese Zielsetzung zu erreichen, namentlich durch Austausch und Weitergabe von absatzorientiertem und branchenspezifischem Wissen durch Information und Kommunikation via Messen, Seminare, Veranstaltungen und Publikationen, Medienorientierungen etc.; Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen für die Mitglieder; Wahrung der Interessen ihrer Mitglieder im Gebiet von Politik und Wirtschaft; Erfahrungsaustausch unter den Mitgliedern. Die "Pharmarena Genossenschaft" kann alle Geschäfte eingehen oder Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, diesen Genossenschaftszweck zu fördern oder damit im Zusammenhang stehen. Sie ist politisch und konfessionell neutral.
