Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, preisgünstigen Wohnraum sowie preisgünstige Räume für gewerbliche und kulturelle Zwecke bereitzustellen und zu verschaffen. Sie sucht diesen Zweck zu erreichen durch: a. Erwerb von Bauland und Bauten (zu Eigentum oder im Baurecht). b. Sorgfältigen und laufenden Unterhalt der bestehenden Bauten. c. Erstellung von Neubauten und Ersatzneubauten, wenn bestehende Bauten nicht mehr auf wirtschaftlich vertretbare Art und Weise erneuert oder neuen Wohnbedürfnissen angepasst werden können. d. Übernahme und Bewirtschaftung von Fremdliegenschaften auf der Grundlage von Gebrauchsleihen, Miet- und Pachtverträgen. Die Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig und nicht gewinnorientiert. Sie ist politisch unabhängig und konfessionell neutral. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen und Organisationen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen.
