Förderung der Entwicklung und Produktion und des Vertriebes blindentechnischer Hilfsmittel sowie Förderung weiterer Aktivitäten in diesem Bereich; vergünstigte Abgabe von blindentechnischen Hilfsmitteln in Härtefällen, eine vergünstigte Abgabe kann nur an Personen erfolgen, denen keine Sozialversicherungsinstitution wie IV, SUVA, Militärversicherung und dergleichen Beiträge an solche Anschaffungen gewährt.
