Company Purpose

Pflege und Förderung der Landschaftsarchitektur in der Schweiz, insbesondere durch Führung eines Archivs für Geschichte, Theorie und Praxis der Landschaftsarchitektur, Unterstützung von Abteilungen für Landschaftsarchitektur an schweizerischen Hochschulen im Bereiche der Dokumentation, Forschung und Lehre, Unterstützung der Lehrenden und Studierenden an Abteilungen für Landschaftsarchitektur an schweizerischen Hochschulen, Förderung von jungen Berufsausübenden der Landschaftsarchitektur, insbesondere durch Unterstützung des Evariste Mertens-Preises sowie Herausgabe von Publikationen; die Stiftung kann Liegenschaften erwerben, veräussern und übertragen.
