Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt im Sinne der vom Stadtrat erlassenen Weisung zur Gemeindeabstimmung vom 8. Dezember 1963 den Betrieb eines Schwimmbades, welches der Öffentlichkeit zu günstigen Bedingungen zur Verfügung gehalten wird. Der mit der Stadtgemeinde Winterthur abgeschlossene Vertrag über die Subventionierung, den Betrieb und die Überlassung der Anlagen bildet einen integrierenden Bestandteil dieser Statuten.
