Company Purpose

Wahrt und fördert die sozialen, materiellen, beruflichen und kulturellen Interessen seiner Mitglieder; regelt die Löhne, Anstellungs- und Arbeitsbedingungen durch Gesamtarbeitsverträge und ähnliche Vereinbarungen gemäss Reglement zum Gesamtarbeitsvertrag (GAV); in besonderen Fällen werden, unter Mitwirkung des SEV, die Löhne, Anstellungs- und Arbeitsbedingungen in Dienst- und Besoldungsordnungen und ähnlichen Reglementen festgehalten; setzt sich für eine sozial gerechte Wirtschafts- und Gesellschaftsordnung ein und erstrebt eine Verbesserung der Lebensqualität.
