Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft verfolgt den Zweck im Sinne des preisgünstigen, gemeinnützigen Wohnungsbaus für ihre Mitglieder unter Ausschluss jeder spekulativen Absicht. Die Genossenschaft hält ihre Gebäude in gutem baulichen Zustand und erneuert sie periodisch. Wohnraum und Zahl der Benutzer sollen in einem angemessenen Verhältnis zueinander stehen. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen und die Mitgliedschaft bei Dachorganisationen gemeinnütziger Baugenossenschaften erwerben.
