Company Purpose

Die Gesellschaft bezweckt den Bau und den Betreib eines Skiliftes von Grub nach dem Kaien. Sie soll unter Wahrung ihres Charakters als Erwerbsgesellschaft nach Möglichkeiten alle Zweige des Skisports fördern. Die Gesellschaft kann sich an anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen oder derartige Unternehmungen gründen, erwerben oder finanzieren. Die Gesellschaft kann Grundstücke erwerben oder veräussern. Die Gesellschaft kann zudem alle kommerziellen, finanziellen oder anderen Transaktionen durchführen, welche mit dem hauptsächlichen Gesellschaftszweck im Zusammenhang stehen. Dies gilt insbesondere auch für die Gewährung von Krediten und Sicherheiten zugunsten von nahestehenden Gesellschaften oder Aktionären im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen.
