Company Purpose
Costruire ed amministrare a prezzi accessibili spazi abitativi e commerciali per i propri soci in primis. Lo scopo è perseguito con l'acquisto di sedimi, con la costruzione o il rinnovo di edifici, o con l'acquisto o la trasformazione di edifici esistenti. Sui mappali nri. 3690, 2487 e 2486 RFD di Locarno di proprietà della Società cooperativa saranno edificati appartamenti per anziani autosufficienti, nonché spazi commerciali. Sarà emanato un regolamento che stabilirà in dettaglio i criteri di assegnazione degli appartamenti, ritenuto tuttavia la precedenza dei soci, e tra loro l'anzianità d'appartenenza alla Società cooperativa, le modalità di gestione degli spazi, nonché le facilitazioni economiche di cui potrebbero beneficiare i soci della Cooperativa che locano spazi abitativi o commerciali.
