Company Purpose
1. La création d'un aérodrome régional à Bressaucourt. 2. L'exploitation d'un aérodrome avec les activités qui s'y rattachent directement ou indirectement. 3. L'exploitation d'écoles de toutes branches de l'aéronautique, y.c. toutes les activités qui s'y rattachent ainsi que l'accomplissement de vols commerciaux en Suisse et à l'étranger. 4. L'exploitation, le commerce, la représentation, la location, la fabrication et l'entretien d'avions et de tout matériel aéronautique. 5. La mise en place et l'exploitation d'infrastructures hôtelières et de restauration, ainsi que d'installations de loisirs et de sports. Elle peut effectuer toutes affaires immobilières en rapport avec ses buts.
