Company Purpose
Wohnmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung zu stellen, die dem Einzelnen individuelle Freiräume belässt, aber auch Gemeinschaftsräume vorsieht und somit eine neue Form von familiärem Zusammenleben ohne Abhängigkeit von herkömmlichen Bedingungen ermöglicht. Die Genossenschaft kann Liegenschaften erwerben und veräussern, Bauten errichten und renovieren sowie Räume vermieten und mieten. Die Genossenschaft will den Bewohner/innen die nötigen Strukturen für den Kauf, den Bau und die Verwaltung der Liegenschaften und für die organisatorischen Belange des gemeinsamen Zusammenlebens zur Verfügung stellen. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Institutionen gleicher oder ähnlicher Zielsetzung beteiligen und solche Institutionen fördern.
