Company Purpose

Den Wohnbedarf ihrer Mitglieder durch die Beschaffung von qualitativ guten Wohnungen zu möglichst günstigen Preisen zu decken und dadurch einen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Wohnungsangebote in der Gemeinde zu leisten; die Gesellschaft sucht ihren Zweck zu erreichen durch Erwerb von Bauland oder Baurechten zur Erstellung von Wohnhäusern, Erwerb überbauter Liegenschaften und Renovation von Wohnhäusern, Vermietung und Verkauf ihrer Wohnungen an Mitglieder.
