Company Purpose

Die ABG erbringt Sicherheitsleistungen nach Massgabe der kantonalen Gesetzgebung über die Verantwortlichkeit der Behördemitglieder und Angestellten. Die Sicherheitsleistungen bestehen als Bürgschaftsverpflichtungen gegenüber den Mitgliedern. Der als Bürgschaftssumme bezeichnete Betrag der Bürgschaftsverpflichtung wird im Voraus festgelegt. Die Sicherheitsleistungen werden für die in die Bürgschaftsverpflichtungen einbezogenen Behördemitglieder, Angestellten und beauftragten Dritten der Mitglieder erbracht.
