Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt nun die Förderung des Wohnungsbaues und der Neuansiedlung von Personen im Kanton Glarus. Sie verbürgt Darlehen für den Bau, die Renovation oder den Kauf von Immobilien. Diese Bürgschaften erfolgen als ergänzende Sicherung für Beträge, die über die bankübliche Belehnungsgrenze hinausgehen. Sie werden sowohl für Baukredite wie auch für Hypotheken gewährt.
