Die Stiftung bezweckt die Pflege des Kulturgutes Oldtimer Boot in der Region Zürichsee, dessen langfristige Erhaltung und den Betrieb sowie die Zugänglichmachung für die Allgemeinheit. Zu diesem Zweck kann die Stiftung eigene Oldtimer Boote (Dampf-, Motor-, Ruder- und Segelboote) erwerben und betreiben sowie alle anderen mit dem Zweck in Zusammenhang stehenden Geschäfte tätigen, insbesondere Miete, Kauf, Verkauf, Pacht etc. Die Stiftung verfolgt ausschliesslich gemeinnützige Zwecke und ist nicht gewinnstrebig. Der Zweck kann auch in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen natürlichen oder juristischen Personen verfolgt werden.
