Company Purpose
Herrichtung der Liegenschaft "Rosenmatt" zu einem Kirchgemeindehaus, das in erster Linie für allgemeine Zwecke der Kirchgemeinde Wädenswil zu dienen hat. Soweit die Räumlichkeiten des Kirchgemeindehauses von der Kirchgemeinde und ihren Organisationen nicht benötigt werden, können sie vom Stiftungsrat anderweitig für Sitzungen und Veranstaltungen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Der Charakter des Hauses darf jedoch dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt werden.
