Company Purpose
Die Stiftung hat zum Zweck die römisch katholische Italienermission zu unterstützen. Sie hilft mit, die äusseren Voraussetzungen für die Entfaltung des religiösen Lebens, zur Förderung kultureller und beruflicher Bestrebungen. Zwecks Bereitstellung geeigneter Lokalitäten und Zusammenkunftsräumlichkeiten kann sie Liegenschaften erwerben, die sowohl Wohn- wie Amtsräume aufnehmen können, und auch veräussern, diese mit Hypotheken belasten sowie Dienstbarkeiten bestellen. Die Stiftung verfolgt ausschliesslich religiös-kirchliche und gemeinnützige, ideelle Zwecke. Eine Verwendung der Mittel zu persönlichen Zwecken der Mitglieder ist ausgeschlossen.
