Company Purpose

Zweck der Stiftung sind der Besitz und der Betrieb von Pfadiheimen und weiteren Infrastrukturen (insbesondere Häuser, Plätze, Freiflächen), die geeignet sind, das Pfadiwesen in besonderer Weise zur fördern. Zu diesem Zweck kann die Stiftung solche Infrastrukturen kaufen, verkaufen und verwalten. Diese Infrastrukturen sollen in erster Linie Pfadfindern und Pfadfinderinnen sowie ähnlichen Organisationen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Hierfür kann die Stiftung einen Mietzins verlangen. Die Infrastrukturen können aber auch weiteren Organisationen oder Privatpersonen gegen Entgelt zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
