Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die finanzielle und ideelle Unterstützung der Planung, Errichtung und der Erhaltung von Pfadiheimen und -lagergeländen in Uster und Greifensee. Sie kann auch in eigenem Namen Pfadiheime planen und errichten. Die Stiftung bezweckt ferner den Betrieb der ihr gehörenden Pfadiheime, welche den Pfadi-Abteilungen Uster-Greifensee und den Angehörigen der Pfadi-Bewegung Schweiz (PBS) offen stehen müssen. Sie kann auch an anderen Orten Pfadiheime bauen und/oder betreiben sowie Grundstücke für den Pfadfinderbetrieb erwerben. Die Stiftung kann sämtliche zur Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes erforderlichen Rechtsgeschäfte abschliessen. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
