Company Purpose
Die Stiftung hat zum Zweck, das Spitalzentrum Biel und seine Patienten und Mitarbeitenden zu unterstützen, insbesondere durch Förderung und Gewährleistung besonderer medizinischer Einrichtungen, Infrastrukturen oder Angebote, welche nicht durch ordentliche Erträge finanziert werden können, sowie durch die Verwendung von Zuwendungen Dritter im Sinne der Spender. Die Stiftung stellt sicher, dass mit deren Mitteln nicht der allgemeine Spitalbetrieb des Spitalzentrums Biel direkt oder indirekt finanziert wird. Die Stiftung kann sich sowohl an der Spitalzentrum Biel AG als auch an anderen Gesellschaften beteiligen.
