Company Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Aufnahme und Pflege verletzter, kranker und verlassener Wildtiere. Zu diesem Zweck übernimmt die Stiftung den Betrieb der Wildstation Landshut (BE). Die Stiftung soll zudem durch ihre Tätigkeit dazu beitragen, den Lebensraum von Tieren zu schützen und zu bewahren sowie den Schutz der Tiere zu fördern und zu verbessern. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen der Zwecksetzung im Kanton Bern und - bei Bedarf - in der übrigen Schweiz tätig. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet. Erwerbszwecke sind ausgeschlossen.
