Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt die a)Palüdastrasse ab Abzweigung Eggastrasse bis zur Einmündung in die Stockenstrasse (ohne Abzweigungen und Vorplätze zu den einzelnen Liegenschaften); b)Stockenstrasse ab Einmündung der Palüdastrasse bis Mitte und somit Zufahrt zur Parzelle 5567 (ohne Abzweigungen und Vorplätze zu den einzelnen Liegenschaften) dauernd ordnungsgernäss zu unterhalten (inkl. Schneeräumung) sowie allfällig veränderten Erfordernissen anzupassen. Zudem bezweckt die Genossenschaft die Vertretung der gemeinsamenInteressen der Anwohner gegenüber Behörden und Dritten mit allfälliger Nutzung von Rechtsmitteln um diese durchzusetzen.
