Company Purpose
Ausrichtung von Vorsorgeleistungen für die Arbeitnehmenden der Stifterfirma sowie weiterer mit der Stifterfirma wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundenen Unternehmungen sowie für deren Angehörige und Hinterlassene in besonderen Notlagen wie zum Beispiel bei Pensionierung, Krankheit, Invalidität, Unfall, Tod oder Arbeitslosigkeit. Die Stiftung bezweckt ausserdem die Finanzierung und Leistung von Beiträgen der Stifterfirma sowie mit dieser wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbundener Unternehmungen an steuerbefreite Personalvorsorgeeinrichtungen, denen sie sich angeschlossen oder die sie selbst errichtet haben.
