Company Purpose
La realizzazione di un centro fiduciario (Trust Center) in proprio e destinato ai medici ticinesi (cioè ai medici che esercitano la loro attività professionale principale in Ticino), in particolare la raccolta, l'elaborazione e la trasmissione di dati fra il corpo medico e gli assicuratori malattia, la costituzione di proprie banche dati e l'allestimento di statistiche. La società può offrire altri servizi professionali, come l'esercizio l'esercizio di un ufficio di incasso e di compensazione (clearing), la consulenza nella promozione della qualità, l'intermediazione di articoli e di prestazioni nel settore medico. La società può partecipare ad altre imprese simili. La società può svolgere tutte le attività commerciali e finanziarie connesse con lo scopo sociale o che servano al conseguimento dello stesso.
