Company Purpose

Ergänzung von Vorsorgeleistungen an die Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitnehmerinnen der Stifterfirma und von Unternehmen, die mit dem Novartis-Konzern wirtschaftlich verbunden sind (nachstehend insgesamt Novartis-Konzern genannt). Das Stiftungsvermögen und seine Erträgnisse sollen für Zuwendungen zum Ausgleich von Leistungskürzungen als Folge von Auslandeinsätzen im Bereich der staatlichen und betrieblichen Vorsorge bei Alter, Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität und Tod an aktive und ehemalige Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitnehmerinnen des Novartis-Konzerns sowie ihrer Angehörigen und Hinterbliebenen herangezogen werden.
