Company Purpose

Der Zweck des Vereins ist die Förderung der Behandlung und Betreuung von psychisch kranken und psychisch behinderten Menschen. Der Verein verfolgt keinen wirtschaftlichen Zweck. Allfällige Gewinne werden für die Umsetzung des Vereinszwecks eingesetzt. Für die Zweckverfolgung widmet sich der Verein den folgenden Tätigkeiten: a. Organisation und Finanzierung von psychiatrischen Bildungsaktivitäten für das Pflege- und Fachpersonal der von den Vereinsmitgliedern geführten Kliniken; b. zweckgebundene Finanzbeiträge an die Vereinsmitglieder für die Durchführung von psychiatrischen Bildungsaktivitäten für deren Pflege- und Fachpersonal.
