Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Vorsorge für die Cockpit-Besatzungsmitglieder der ehemaligen Swissair und ihre Angehörigen durch Ausrichtung von Leistungen in den Fällen von Alter, Tod und Invalidität. Die Stiftung dient ausschliesslich der in Absatz 1 umschriebenen Zweckbestimmungen. Das Stiftungsvermögen darf dem festgelegten Zweck nicht entfremdet werden (gemäss ZGB Art. 84 Abs. 2).
