Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt für den gemeinsamen, hauptamtlichen Hauswart der Überbauung Neuschwändi, Engelberg, einen dauerhaften Wohnsitz zu schaffen. Sie kann hierfür Stockwerkeigentum erwerben und veräussern. Ferner bezweckt sie, alle Belange, welche die gemeinsame Hauswartung und Verwaltung von Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften sowie von Eigentümergemeinschaften in der Neuschwändi, Engelberg, betreffen, verbindlich zu regeln. Die kann hierzu auch Verträge abschliessen. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist nicht gewinnstrebend.
