Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt den gemeinsamen Einkauf von Fernwärme vom Wärmeverbund der Gemeinde Elgg. Sie ist nicht gewinnorientiert. Die Genossenschaft hat insbesondere die Aufgaben: Abschluss eines Wärme-Liefervertrages. Betrieb und Unterhalt der zentralen Übergabe-Station und der Energieverteilungsanlagen zu den einzelnen Liegenschaften und allen Anlageteilen, soweit sie nicht einem Eigentümer alleine dienen. Zahlungsverkehr mit dem Wärmeverbund Elgg und Sicherstellung künftiger Lieferungen. Abrechnung über Unterhalts-, Betriebs- und Energiekosten nach Massgabe interner Festlegungen.
