Company Purpose
Der Zweck der Genossenschaft besteht nun darin: lit. a) Die Genossenschafter mit Trink- und Brauchwasser zu versorgen, wobei der Bezug von Trinkwasser unbedingt den Vorrang hat; lit. b.) Brauchwasser, soweit möglich, für gewerbliche Betriebe zur Verfügung zu stellen; lit. c) für die Hydrantenanlage der Genossenschaft eine ständige Löschreserve bereit zu halten; lit. d) an andere öffentliche und private Körperschaften, soweit möglich, Wasser zu verkaufen. Die Genossenschaft kann auch an Nichtmitglieder Wasser abgeben, und zwar zu den gleichen Bedingungen wie für Mitglieder.
