Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt die Versorgung ihrer Mitglieder mit Trink-, Brauch­ und Löschwasser gemäss Konzessionsvertrag mit der Gemeinde Wald und dem Reglement der WVGW. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen sowie alle Geschäfte tätigen, die direkt oder indirekt mit ihrem Zweck in Zusammenhang stehen und geeignet sind, die Erreichung des Genossenschaftszweckes zu fördern oder zu erleichtern, einschliesslich des Erwerbs oder Verkaufs von Grundeigentum. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig und nicht gewinnorientiert.
