Company Purpose
In der Gemeinde Ganterschwil in gemeinnütziger Weise preisgünstige und gesunde Wohnungen für wirtschaftlich schwache Personen im Sinne des Wohnbau- und Eigentumsförderungsgesetzes (WEG) zu erstellen, zu unterhalten und zu verwalten. Die Genossenschaft verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke; ihre Tätigkeit ist uneigennützig. Die Genossenschaft kann Land, Baurechte oder Grundstücke mit Gebäuden kaufen und verkaufen sowie Häuser bauen, vermieten und verkaufen. Sie kann ältere Gebäude erwerben, diese renovieren oder restaurieren und den sozialen Wohnungsbau fördern.
