Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, ihren Mitgliedern moderne, freundliche und gesunde Wohngelegenheiten zu verschaffen. Das Einfamilienhaus ist besonders in für Siedlungsbau geeigneten Lagen und Gegenden zu bevorzugen. Die Genossenschaft sucht ihren Zweck zu erreichen durch Ankauf von Land und Erstellung von soliden, zweckmässigen Wohnbauten (Mehr- und Einfamilienhäuser, Eigentumswohnungen) sowie Erstellung von Wohnbauten im Baurecht und durch allfälligen Kauf von bereits bestehenden Gebäuden und deren eventuellen Umbau.
