Company Purpose

Erstellung, Verkauf und Vermietung von preisgünstigen Wohnungen, im besonderen den preisgünstigen Wohnungsbau im Sinne des eidg. Wohnbau- und Eigentumsförderungsgesetzes (WEG) sowie entsprechender kantonaler oder kommunaler Erlasse zu fördern; kann Grundstücke erwerben oder im Baurecht übernehmen, belasten und veräussern, die Beratung von Liberalen Baugenossenschaften in den Kantonen Aargau, Solothurn und Luzern (unterer Kantonsteil) übernehmen, die dem "Schweizerischen Verband Liberaler Baugenossenschaften" (VLB) angehören, vorab in den Bereichen Baugesuchsverfahren, Baumanagement (u. a. Sanierungen), Finanzierungen, Steuerprobleme (Steuerbefreiungen) und Marketing (insbesondere Förderung des selbstgenutzten Wohneigentums); kann ihre Dienste auch weiteren gemeinnützigen Bauträgern anbieten.
