Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe ihrer Mitglieder die Beschaffung von preisgünstigen Wohnungen und den Bau und Erwerb von Wohnhäusern oder Wohnungen, unter Ausschluss jeder spekulativer Absicht. Sie verfolgt im Besonderen den Zweck, den preisgünstigen Wohnungsbau im Sinne der eidgenössischen Wohnraumförderung sowie entsprechender kantonaler und kommunaler Erlasse zu fördern. Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke oder Immobiliengesellschaften erwerben oder veräussern sowie Häuser bauen, erwerben, verwalten oder vermieten. Beim Verkauf eines Grundstückes ist den Genossenschaftern vorab Gelegenheit zu geben, dieses zu einem angemessenen Preis zu erwerben.
